The dynamic duo Formento & Formento says: "We look to art for clarity and in these times in which we are living, we look to art for refuge. Since the pandemic we have stayed home. And with the limitation of close contact with people we are continuing to find ways of working. As our environment has become more personal and less of a public space, we decided to delve into the subject of love dolls. Ideas we will touch on include companionship, relationship, mental health, art form and post human kinship. How does desire affect our own behavior, and can we become attached to inanimate objects. We are trying to explore the love doll from two perspectives both philosophical and ethical."
For a limited time we have studio stamped and signed 16x20 archival pigment print edition of 8 available.
